During a 2 month camping trip through Africa, we had set up camp in the middle of Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania, a wildlife wonderland, during the night I could hear munching, I look outside and there are Zebra everywhere, all between the tents and one eating grass right near where I was resting my head. It was an amazing sleepless night listening to all the animals surrounding our camp!

That’s a tough one! I have so many… It’s between sitting in Saint Tropez sipping on champagne and saying ‘hello’ to Richard Branson or organising the on-ground requirements for President Obama’s visit to Australia (Darwin).  I didn’t personally meet Obama but I did get to meet the US Ambassador and organise their “wheels up” after party once Air Force One had departed.
